What is the return policy?
Because each order is made for the buyer, finished custom artwork is not returnable unless it arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved brief. If the reference photo is not usable, we will contact you before production begins.
What if I don't like the result?
One minor pre-production revision is included for composition or detail corrections. Larger changes, a new reference photo, or a different size may require a new quote before production continues.
Can you combine people, pets, or backgrounds from multiple photos?
Yes, simple combinations are possible when the reference photos are clear. Upload the best photos and write exactly what should be changed. Complex compositions or recreations are reviewed before production and may need a custom quote.
How is the artwork produced?
This is a made-to-order custom artwork service prepared from your reference photo. Hand-painted canvas originals, printed formats, unusual sizes, and complex backgrounds are confirmed or quoted before production.
Can I request background or detail changes?
Yes. Add notes about background, clothing, expressions, colors, or details when you place the order. We will follow the approved brief and contact you if the requested change is not practical from the photo supplied.
Will I get a proof or preview before production?
We review your photo and order notes before production starts. If the photo, size, or composition needs adjustment, we contact you first. One minor pre-production correction is included.
What are the prices and how do I pay?
Select a size on the product page to see the checkout price. Payments are handled through secure Shopify checkout. Custom-size, hand-painted canvas, or complex requests are quoted before production; we do not ask customers to pay outside Shopify.
