ARTVAULT STUDIO TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing ArtVault Studio's store, website, or services ("Services"), you agree to these legally binding Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. Services are powered by Shopify but operated solely by ArtVault Studio ("we," "us," "our"). If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

  • We reserve right to limit quantities or discontinue products

Custom Oil Paintings

  • Non-Returnable: All personalized artworks are final sale

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Unlimited revisions during creation

  • Quality Guarantee: 50% refund for verified manufacturing defects (requires photo evidence)

  • Customer Responsibility: Confirm customization details pre-purchase

4. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • Orders are offers subject to our acceptance

  • Review orders carefully; cancellations rarely possible post-acceptance

  • Prices locked at order confirmation (exclude taxes/shipping)

  • You warrant:
    • Payment info is accurate/authorized
    • Purchases are for personal (non-commercial) use

5. SHIPPING & RISK

  • Delivery times are estimates only

  • Title/risk transfers to you upon handoff to carrier

  • Not liable for carrier delays, customs issues, or force majeure events

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All Service content (text, images, trademarks) is our property

  • Limited license: Personal, non-commercial use only

    • Reproduction/distribution without written consent

  • Customer photos used for custom paintings remain your property

    • Don't endorse or control third-party content
    • Aren't liable for third-party sites/products

8. SHOPIFY RELATIONSHIP
